Lisa is an accomplished commercial leader with a proven track record of driving growth and building high-performing teams across the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. She brings extensive experience across multiple therapeutic categories and has successfully launched products, expanded market share, and consistently exceeded targets in highly competitive environments.

Throughout her career, Lisa has held progressive leadership roles, including senior sales management, learning and development, and sales and marketing planning positions. She is deeply committed to people development and has mentored numerous professionals over the course of her career, while driving commercial excellence and organizational success.

Lisa joined SK Life Science, Inc. in 2019 as a member of the commercial team and has since assumed roles of increasing responsibility. As Vice President of Commercial Excellence, Lisa leads the Sales, Marketing, Market Development, and Learning & Development teams.

Prior to joining SK Life Science, Inc., Lisa held positions at Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, and Pharmacia. She also brings experience in public and government affairs. Lisa earned her BA in Political Science, Communications, and Legal Studies from Virginia Tech.
