Kristina Stracco
Kristina Stracco joined SK Life Science, Inc. in 2019 and is currently Vice President of Market Access, Trade, and Patient Services. She brings more than two decades of experience across market access, pricing, trade, and financial operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Kristina and her team are dedicated to ensuring that patients can both access and afford SK Life Science’s products.
In her role, Kristina oversees market access strategy, trade and distribution operations, and patient services, working closely with a broad range of stakeholders including national payers, wholesalers, pharmacies, long-term care facilities, and state and federal agencies. Her expertise spans contracting, government pricing, gross-to-net management, supply chain and trade operations, and compliance, enabling sustainable access strategies across both branded and generic portfolios.
Prior to joining SK Life Science, Inc., Kristina held leadership roles at Xiromed, Alvogen, Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals, Par Pharmaceutical, and Schering-Plough. Throughout her career, she has led product launches, negotiated complex payer and GPO agreements, built pricing and contracting infrastructure, and implemented systems and processes to support commercial scale and regulatory compliance.
Kristina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Religion and Music from Emory University.
